I'm looking into upgrading my mythtv backend fairly soon and since my new motherboard certainly won't have any PCI slots, my current 5500 won't be of any use and I was hoping for something from pchdtv ...

I just lost my second HD-5500. Interestingly, it was causing the machine to freeze before POST. I even thought initially that my PSU was bad and did not deliver enough power to the motherboard.

Hi,

Recently, I upgraded my FC9 install to the latest kernel (kernel-2.6.27.7-53.fc9.i686).

Upon reboot, the cx88-dvb hangs the system indefinitely.
