It looks to me like bttv IS the driver for HD-2000; I would try unblacklisting it and load the 2.0 version.

The 1.5 drivers refer to the driver as "bttv", not "cx8800".

Looking at bttv-cards.c, this seems to be the case in 2.0 also.
