What program are you using to watch tv?
mythtv (ubuntu edgy + nybbler's binaries). I'll have to see if it is a matter of the player or recorder - just recorded an hd show without livetv so we'll see ...

A way of keeping the device numbers coherent would be the biggest help.
How is the current mechanism for explictly assigning device numbers insufficient?
As I recall, you can't set the dvb number ...
