Capture Encrypted HDTV?

I'm trying to capture HD off of premium channels that I receive from Comcast in Roswell, GA. So far, my searches had failed miserably.

But -- maybe this will do it:

So -- the question -- can I capture the HD signal off of S-Video, and encode it, still as HD?

(And, yes, I know I'll have to capture the audio with a sound card)

This card is a tuner card that can capture unencrypted signals from either OTA (over the air) digital tv stations (including HD) or QAM modulated from a cable or FIOS installation. Key word is unencrypted! Generally premium channels are encrypted.

Actually, I believe it can capture S-video.

No S-video will not support true HD! If your box is outputting via s-video, then it is just plain old tv. (Although it could be HD rescaled to SD.)
