Ok - I'm not having much luck, here. I have managed to get a station scan, and once (on SLED 10SP1 had audio), but consistently get "Unable to grab video. - Video display is not possible with the current plugin configuration. Try playin gwith the configuration options of the V4L plugin." from kdetv.

So, I need to know what grab and display methods are supported, and in particular, with the ATI proprietary drivers.

Or on any drivers for the 1650.

I expect the video may only work on one head of the card - that's ok.

But none of the V4L options (XVideo with shared memory, Xvideo, OpenGL, X11 with shared memory, nor X11) work - some grab, but get no video.

The V4L2 (version 2) options are only XVideo with shared memory and without, and neither of those work.

Guidance? Suggestions?

Thanks,
