I have an HD-5500 that was working perfectly up until I decided to upgrade my motherboard. The new motherboard is a Gigabyte X48T-DQ6 and now the HDTV card is having problems. It still works, except that I get frequent corruption of the data stream, leading to decoder error messages and skipping in mplayer, at least once every few seconds, sometimes more often. Each time there is a skip, I see the following in my dmesg output

It doesn't take long for my dmesg output to fill up completely with these lines if I play a stream for any length of time.
The kernel is a 2.6.25 Gentoo kernel, 32 bit x86.
A Google search revealed a handful of other individuals with the same problem, but no solutions. According to /proc/interrupts, my IRQ is not shared, so that isn't the problem.
