I am having a hard time understanding...I don't know if i have to install drivers or just slap in the card. after I'm in mythtv i do see the card but im unable to configure it. I'm using fedora 10 + mythtv .

Can anyone show me the steps one by one in order to configure this card in mythtv .

The drivers should be in the kernel.

Have you read the MythTv wiki?

http://mythtv.org/wiki/Installing_MythTV_on_Fedora

It doesn't have specific instructions for the HD5500. It does refer to the general setup instructions:

http://www.mythtv.org/docs/mythtv-HOWTO-9.html

I don't believe that it is up-to-date, as there no longer is an "Analog Options".

If you want a pre-configured version of Fedora 10 and MythTV, then maybe you should try Mythdora:
