Hi guys,

I tried to send in an order for the pcHDTV 3000 card. I tried two times, and each time I got the following error at the end when I tried to submit the order:

The order was not able to be completed.
CC-2502: Unrecoverable SSL error

Does anyone else get this error? I really hope I don't get double charged due to these errors.

You're not the only one. I tried twice as well with the same error message.

I didn't get the error at 2004-12-20T16:55-0800 (that's 19:55 EST) when my order successfully entered. Now my order is sitting in the system. I even left it sitting at the address form while I got my check books, wrote a check, got dressed, drove down to the bank, deposited money into my credit debit card account, drove home, and filled out the rest of the forms, which had to be at least five minutes. It still worked just fine. The available balance in my credit debit card account went down by exactly the amount pcHDTV invoiced. I selected UPS ("Oops") for delivery, since they have better default insurance rules; not sure if USPS Priority Mail has same insurance abilities. Not in a hurry to receive -- just to put order in.

Hmm; I wonder if my order was holding yours until I got home? Smile

I had this problem as well, thats why I had to settle for a 2000 and ended up getting something I can't see a use for.
