I use SUSE 9.2 Pro and followed the included directions. My card is hooked up to a radio shack antenna (the kind with the rabbit ears and circle thingy). I live just a few miles out of Baltimore and antennaweb.org tells me I should be receiving about a dozen stations, but dtvscan picks up nothing, and neither does Xine. What should I do to check if something is wrong?

You can try the DVB drivers and tune with dvb-apps:
