How do I tune to my frequency, video/audio pids in mythtv?

I just ran dvb-apps according to these instructions and got the correct frequencies and pids for my Cable QAM. How do I use these in mythtv for tunning to the correct stations? The channels being sent via zap2it are ex. 97_1 for OTA or 706 for digital cable. I need something that can tune to say, 627000000:49:52. I read another thread about modifying the database but I was unable to follow it. Can anyone offer any more advice?

Thanks in advance

Take a look here:
http://www.digitalregime.com/mythdvb/setup/

It's somewhat annoying, especially editing the channels so that it correlates with xmltv(Datadirect)... but this works...

I tried following this howto before, however, I don't seen any text fields for defining the Video and Audio pids. I would expect them to on the pages in steps 4b or 5.

I didn't have to define any pids... running a channel scan with the specified transport found the channel with no issues. Just get the frequency right in the transport and you should be good to go.
