So mabey this is a stupid question but I've been looking around and haven't been able to find an anwser, since I'm kind of new to all this I thought maybe someone could help.

I amusing the new R5A16 dist of mythtv with th pcHDTV v2.0 drivers and HD is working perfect via the coaxinput, my question is how to I access the svideo/composite input, do I have to set upi the card as another input using the non dvb driver, as i wanted to use the card to recieve ntsc not only atsc, since my cable box is not hd. Is thisnot possible or do I have to get a seperate card or ntsc broadcasts or do I have to not use the dvb drivers, any help is apreciated.

I am facing the exact same problem, anybody to the rescue ?

I am trying to get my svideo to work on a pcHDTV 3000 and I am not successful so far.
I am using the v4l drivers built-in with 2.6.8 (cx-88xx modules). These are not the dvb modules and all I can read around is relative to the dvb drivers. My understanding is that the dvb drivers are only for controlling the HDTV tuner but I am interested in the "frame grabber" first.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks !
