System: Debian64 from Kanotix with X.org

Nvidia driver installed fine,
/usr/X11R6/lib64/libXvMCNVIDIA.a /usr/X11R6/lib64/libXvMCNVIDIA_dynamic.so.1
/usr/X11R6/lib64/libXvMCNVIDIA.so.1.0.7676
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXvMCNVIDIA.a /usr/X11R6/lib/libXvMCNVIDIA_dynamic.so.1
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXvMCNVIDIA.so.1.0.7676

are all there, don't know what else I might be missing, but:
Quote:

checking for libXv.a location... found in /usr/X11R6/lib64
checking for XvMCQueryExtension in -lXvMC... no

and the configure summary shows it not being configured.

as well, if I try and build anyway:
Quote:

color.c: In function 'vscale_chroma_line':
color.c:498: error: invalid lvalue in increment
color.c:499: error: invalid lvalue in increment
make[3]: *** [color.lo] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory `/DataDrive/Files/Tarballs/HD3000/xine-hd/xine-hd-lib-1-rc6a/src/xine-utils'

well, i found a "fix" for the color.c problem (basically removed that section of code) and another error popped up. I think xine-hd is not ready to be built in an amd64 environment.
