White line across the top of video on NTSC mythtv

I have a pchdtv and it has a white line on I think only the first row, how do I remove this?

It's probably something that would be overscanned on a TV, I know I get it sometimes on upconverted SD broadcasts. You'll have to set whatever you're using to watch to crop off that portion.

To move it up one row or two it should x scan displacement -1? or horizontal overscan percentage?
