Does the HD-5500 have support for the broadcast flag? :(

I'm curious if the HD-5500 has support for the broadcast flag. The faq hasn't been updated as it only has information regarding the HD-2000 and HD-3000.

It doesn't read the flag although applications can check to see if it is set.

Thanks for the reply Scott, just one more question:

This was the case with the HD-3000 as well, correct? Or does the HD-5000 have specific hardware specifically for enabling the flag?

No the HD-2000, HD-3000, and the HD-5000 all just send the transport stream to the application (or the DVB driver) without reading it.

If they didn't do this it would be a major problem for me because my NBC station has the broadcast flag turned on permanently. I wouldn't be able to watch anything on that station! Surprised
