Hello, I'm trying to figure out if the HD-5500 driver is installed correctly in Suse.

dmesg shows the HD5500 and Frontend correctly it appears, even with all the U taint flags... if this _does_ look correct, how can I verify with QAM, or begin watching QAM? I don't have an antenna, do the dvb-tools include anything for QAM or just ASTC ?

THANKS !!

Looks like it loaded OK. Try
Code:

> dtvscan -q -d 0 -fx -o channels.conf

and see if anything is found in the channels.conf file. Do you know if your cable is transmitted unencrypted? (There should be a few stations available)
