The limited directions disturb me.
Is there a wiki somewhere for the cards? Maybe we should start one.

I can put the card into ntsc mode "dtvsignal /dev/dtv 0" but how to switch it back?
How do you use the card in ntsc mode?
xine-hd or tvtime? seen them both listed. which would you recommend?
can we use cable for ntsc reception?
how do you change channel with ntsc?

interested in the ntsc use only at the time cause I dont have a good enough signal. gonna get an antenna or possibly wait for when qam support is completed.

I used the tvtime application to test NTSC operation. I just installed the app using the Redhat package manager, and off it went. No issues at all. I'm not able to get ATSC working, but that must be another issue. The tvtime app works fine.

Good luck,
