Hello, finally got my PCHDTV card in, thanks to the sales people at PCHDTV for quickly sending me out a second card, my first card got lost in shipping. Now that I have the card, I have not yet run across any forums to find out what best combination of motherboard and CPU will work with using this card and Mythtv. I have purchased a PVR350 already. If anyone can confirm a hardware spec s for this to work, it would help me a lot before purchasing incompatible hardware. I was thinking of purchasing DFI Lanparty UT NF3 250Gb with AMD 64 3000 processor. Will this work or should I be looking at something different. Thanks in advance for your help on this.

I've got a -3000 running wiht a FIC k8-800T Motherboard, Athlon 64 3000+, Nvidia 6800 based video card. Seems to work for me. Can't say I did a lot of research on the various MB's -- went with the FIC because it had 2 serial ports -- all the others had 1 and serial ports are somehing I never seem to have enough of.

Cheers,

Bill
