I registered here on the pcHDTV forum to research the best, most stable and Linux supported. My older brother directed me to the new HD 5500. My concern comes after reading the unfavorable posts regarding the pcHDTV tuner cards in this forum. I also noticed a lot of pcHDTV users selling their tuner cards in pairs. This makes me think there are better options for building an HTPC. I want to be able to record one ATSC channel while watching another. I'll be using a very small case with limited space. I may have to dremel a spot for the tuner card connectors. What would you all recommend as the right tuner card for HTPC. Thanks for the input.
